Wade Graham faced the Judiciary to contest his grade one careless tackle charge on Wednesday night.

Graham has been found Guilty and will miss State Of Origin next Wednesday night.

It appears that Graham's corner argued the case based on the contact being 'unavoidable', as Thurston slipped into eh tackle there was no way for Graham to pull out.

The Judiciary sat at 6 p.m. and the hearing went on for  minutes before breaking for deliberation, and the
decision was brought forward at approx.   p.m.

On a panel of three (Sean Garlick, Don McKinnon and Bob Lidner)  the decision is made behind closed doors and confidential.  Therefore there is no way to tell if the decision handed down was unanimous.

Frizell, Hoffman and Cartwright are all contenders for this position and it is thought Daley will publicise the selection tomorrow (Thursday) Morning.

For now Graham's life long Origin dream will have to be put on hold.
